Chris Eubank Jr vs Conor Benn II: Old Blood, New Grudges, Same Venue

Tickets are moving fast for the next chapter in one of British boxing’s nastiest family feuds. Chris Eubank Jr and Conor Benn will run it back at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday, November 15, with Riyadh Season putting their stamp on another blockbuster. DAZN will stream it worldwide.

The pair came face to face again at Wednesday’s press conference, and the mood was as bitter as ever. No handshakes, no soft words. Just the same venom they carried into their first fight in April when Eubank Jr boxed smart, broke Benn down, and walked away with a unanimous decision in front of 70,000 fans.

Why This Rematch Feels Different

The first fight wasn’t just another contest. Fathers Chris Eubank Sr and Nigel Benn stood ringside, carrying three decades of history between them. Eubank Jr took that torch and burned Benn with it. Now the sons meet again, and the backstory writes itself.

Eubank Jr has linked back up with Brian “BoMac” McIntyre, Terence Crawford’s trainer. He knows he’s not the villain anymore. “Fourteen years and 38 fights of people loving to hate me,” he told reporters. “Now I’ve got old ladies and kids stopping me in the street wishing me luck. What a crazy world.”

Eubank Playing Matador, Benn Promising Redemption

Eubank leaned into his usual theatre, comparing himself to a matador and Benn to a bull. “All those strategies he talks about will go out the window when my right hand lands,” he said. “After that, we’ll have fun in there. The procedure will be parliamentary, as always.”

Benn, though, has no interest in becoming the punchline again. “It was lack of discipline the first time,” he admitted. “You can’t prepare for the emotions of a comeback after three years away. But I’ve learned. More calculated, less reckless. Same ferocity, less emotion. November 15 you’ll see the difference.”

  1. ‘Split personality’ is right cause one minute it’s legends fighting for legacy then next it’s YouTubers playing pretend in a ring 🙄. They need to pick what kind of sport they wanna be already!

  2. Why is nobody talking about Inoue vs that Akhmad guy? I seen Inoue fight before and he’s a monster but this new dude sound tough too 🥊. Could be the best one of all these fights!

  3. All these fights sound good but most of them feel like they’re all for money now 💸. Saudi throwing cash around like crazy and Netflix acting like they run boxing now? What happened to HBO or Showtime with real boxing vibes?

  4. Canelo gonna destroy Crawford easy 😤. Bud is good but he ain’t never been hit by someone like Canelo before. People hyping him up too much just cause he fast and slick.

    • Nah you wrong, Crawford too smart in the ring, he figures guys out fast. He beat Spence easy and that wasn’t no fluke 💯. Canelo better come ready or he gonna lose.

  5. How can Jake Paul fight someone smaller like Tank Davis and expect people to think it’s fair? That’s not even close in size! Just cause he’s famous doesn’t mean he should get fights like this. It makes a mockery of all the real boxers out there trying to earn respect.

    • Exactly! It’s not even about skill no more, just who gets more views and clicks online 📱. They ruining boxing for folks who actually care about the sport and not just drama.

  6. Boxing used to be about who’s the best fighter, not who’s got the biggest Instagram. I don’t get why people care about Jake Paul fighting Tank Davis. That ain’t a real fight, it’s a joke 🤡. Real fans want Canelo vs Crawford, that’s proper boxing. These circus acts make it hard to take the sport serious anymore.
