The Main Event: Paddy Donovan vs. Lewis Crocker

A fight for the ages. Two unbeaten, hard-hitting welterweights collide in what is being dubbed the greatest all-Irish boxing clash ever.

  • Paddy “The Real Deal” Donovan (14-0, 11 KOs) – The rising Limerick star, trained by former world champion Andy Lee, steps into the biggest test of his career. Known for his slick southpaw skills and knockout power, Donovan now aims to cement his place as Ireland’s next boxing superstar.

  • Lewis “The Croc” Crocker (20-0, 11 KOs) – Belfast’s own powerhouse, Crocker enters the ring with an undefeated record and a reputation as one of the hardest punchers in the division. Fighting in front of a raucous hometown crowd, he looks to maintain his perfect record and secure a title shot.

This IBF World Title Eliminator ensures the winner will become the mandatory challenger for the IBF welterweight title, currently held by Jaron “Boots” Ennis or Eimantas Stanionis, who will face off on April 12 in Atlantic City.

Andy Lee: The Key to Donovan’s Success

Donovan’s head trainer and former world champion Andy Lee is a key factor in this fight. With his deep boxing knowledge and championship experience, Lee believes the strategy will determine the outcome.

Andy Lee: “The keys for Paddy are simple—box smart, stay composed, and capitalize on every opportunity. This is a high-stakes fight, and I know he’s ready for the moment.”

Lee, a former WBO middleweight champion, has guided Donovan’s career since 2019. Their bond extends beyond trainer and fighter—it’s a mentorship built on trust, experience, and shared goals.

Paddy Donovan: “Having Andy in my corner is a huge advantage. He’s been in these moments, and his knowledge has prepared me for this fight. This is my time to shine.”

Additional Undercard Fights

A stacked night of boxing awaits fans, with rising Irish and international stars taking the ring. The full undercard will be announced in the coming weeks.

  1. This fight is just another overhyped event. Who really cares about two guys with perfect records? It’s all just marketing and no real substance. Disappointed in how boxing is turning into a circus.

  2. Crocker is clearly the better fighter here, with more fights and wins. Just looking at his record compared to Donovan’s shows that he has faced tougher opponents. I think people are overrating Donovan for no reason.

  3. I dont understand why people think Donovan will win, he hasnt fought anyone close to Crocker’s level. Just becuz he trained with a former champ dont mean he will win, training only helps so much.

  4. I don’t understand why everyone is so excited about this fight. Both fighters are undefeated, but that doesn’t mean they’re the best. Just because they have good records doesn’t guarantee a great match. Plus, the hype around Donovan being trained by Andy Lee seems exaggerated. Lots of boxers have famous trainers and still lose! I think Crocker will take this easily.
